Description
As an Office Administrator at ParkMyFleet you will help build the future marketplace for mobility. On a typical day you will post job requisitions review applications run background checks review background checks onboard new hires to HR-related apps organize training schedules with on-site leadership and handle disruptions. You will escalate issues and learn new technology. You will manage procurement of both supplies and new vendors as well as make/manage travel arrangements. You will collect and file receipts and chase outstanding accounting issues. You will research new ideas and provide next steps for outstanding issues. Great communication and organizational skills are essential as you will work directly with our Lot Attendants and other team members. This is a quickly growing company with opportunities for advancement. Salary is $42k/year. This is a completely remote position.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting process from solicitation of applications across recruitment platforms
- Solicit applications across recruitment platforms including Indeed LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter etc.
- Review applications and initial phone screen. Set up and execute interviews. Maintain records of interviews
- Create Employment Contracts from template
- Using Adobe Pro to edit PDFs and solicit e-signatures
- Filing all paperwork in web-based filing tools (Box.com Monday.com etc.)
- Manage payroll setups for new hires (using ADP or similar)
- Create employee schedules for shift employees and communicating schedules
- Escalating gaps in schedules or other employee-related issues
- Manage procurement of vendors and supplies
- Arrange and manage travel
- Collect and file receipts to ensure accounting is fully reconciled
Mandatory Qualifications
- All aspects of Microsoft Office and particularly strong in Word Outlook and Excel
- Fluency in English
- Ability to concisely escalate issues and have difficult conversations
- Thorough understanding of meeting/scheduling tools in Outlook
- Understanding and use of Zoom for meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ADP
- Experience with Box.com and/or Monday.com
- Experience with Indeed LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter
- Experience with Abacus and QuickBooks
