Job Responsibilities : Sr Support Specialist
Salary : $17 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:
Serves as the preceptor and provides structured training for Support Ops team members
Provides quality oversight coaching to the Support Ops team members to ensure efficiencies.
Participates in and assists management with the testing and roll out of interdepartmental campaigns.
Updates managers on how employees are meeting learning goals
Participates in quality and performance improvement projects acting as a liaison with management and Support Ops team members
Creates and updates department level Job Aids/workflows in compliance with Healthfirst and HIPAA
Facilitates training for new and existing team members
Completes additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
May require experience using MS Excel to sort filter copy and paste as well as experience creating and using pivot tables vLookup and basic formulas
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word Power Point and Outlook
Demonstrated high performance in current role
Conflict resolution specialist
Attention to detail performing quality audits and proofreading
Ability to prioritize and time manage multiple projects
