A designer for our team:
Is an inventive storyteller using a variety of creative disciplines to spin your yarn
Has a refined eye for design and the principles of layout type and color
Can build upon brand guidelines and extend that logic to uncharted waters
Is a team player that’s comfortable collaborating and talking about the why’s behind your work
Is always experimenting and working hard to make the next great thing

This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.
- A team player that’s ready to use your skills to help others
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing your design acumen and range
- 3-5 years of professional design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design multimedia visual communications or a related field
- A comprehensive understanding of Photoshop Illustrator and other Adobe creative applications
- Presentation design skills particularly in PowerPoint
- A conceptual and strategic designer who can bring ideas to life with a high level of craft
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Ability to own and manage project timelines
- Insurance and Claims knowledge is nice to have but not necessary
- Experience creating videos and/or motion graphics would be the cherry on top
Compensation offered for this role is $60100 – $88450 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation which includes a drug screen.
