SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer and Brand Steward reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager has an integral role in shaping and executing the visual representations of Ingenovis Health and its growing family of healthcare brands – Trustaff Fastaff U.S. Nursing CardioSolution HealthCare Support and VISTA Staffing Solutions. This role supports the branding for the parent company and all portfolio companies and executes design efforts to ensure each brand is positioned strategically and consistently within a competitive market. You will be responsible for bringing the brands of Ingenovis Health to life using your creative skills to work across the global organization and support rapid growth and innovation as part of the greater marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Designs candidate and client-facing collateral to effectively communicate program and product information and brand in the marketplace (e.g. brochures merchandise ads banners interactive deliverables etc.).
  • Partners with brand team and internal partners to understand project objectives and translate them into creative deliverables.
  • Provides recommendations on how to design materials to effectively meet strategic goals.
  • Uses advanced design software and has knowledge of visual architecture to execute ideas and prepare files for both electronic and print usage.
  • Print production knowledge to effectively design collaborate with printer and approve projects prior to production.
  • Digital production knowledge to effectively design for multiple platforms select appropriate file formats and do archival and retrieval.
  • Works with internal clients and stakeholders as well as with vendor and agency partners.
  • Ensures brand consistency across the enterprise.
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in graphic design required
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop)
  • Proficiency using Apple OSX and Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint Word Excel Teams Sharepoint)
  • Must demonstrate experience designing digital advertising social media graphics as well as print media (flyers displays stationary)
  • Excellent typography skills with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to independently conceive design lay out and coordinate creative projects under the direction of the team leader
  • Must be organized deadline-oriented and an effective verbal/written/visual communicator
  • Must have the ability to take constructive criticism in a professional manner and adapt designs to client feedback
  • Must be able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • The ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team
  • Must be eager to make a positive impact on the team and the organization
  • Must have a helpful attitude and assumption of good intentions approach
  • A desire to grow with the company

Compensation Range

$59400.00 – $74300.00

Benefits include: health dental vision FSA/HSA company-paid life & disability insurance 401K w/ employer match paid time off paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
