• As part of a distributed Analytics team you will be the primary data analytics and reporting resource for a core Squad within Grailed while collaborating with the Analytics team to create reports dashboards and analyses that result in actionable insights
• Create experiment and impact plans and analyses to project potential outcomes and evaluate realized results
• Provide visibility in to relevant KPIs to key stakeholders and Grailed leadership
• Create clear concise reporting in Looker that allows stakeholders to identify trends and make informed decisions
• In collaboration with Product Squads create specs for new events ensure proper implementation through testing and create product reporting within Amplitude
• Work with Data Engineering and other Analytics team members to modify SQL and LookML code to maintain up-to-date reporting and integrate new data sets for analysis

Requirements:

• Familiarity with product analytics concepts A/B testing and tools like Amplitude Mixpanel and Optimizely
• Familiarity with transactional marketplaces and Web+App products
• Strong SQL skills including querying complex data sets and intermediate data modeling
• Data visualization and reporting experience preferably within Looker
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
