Job Responsibilities : Revenue Recovery Analyst

Salary : $22.14 – $28.78 an hour

This is a full-time hourly position on UCHealth’s Revenue Recovery team. You may be based in Fort Collins or Metro Denver CO. This is a Work-From-Home (80%) and On-Site (20%) opportunity. Regional travel will be required 3-6 times/year for training and staff meetings.

Job Duties

  • Develops and implements key compliance measures to evaluate the department’s billing collection posting refund and accounting practices.
  • Monitors and analyzes the department’s compliance with key compliance measures.
  • Works with payors and insurers and clinicians to ensure the payability of claims.
  • Performs root cause analysis and collaborates on the development implementation and evaluation of corrective action plans based on analysis.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of relevant experience


  • Healthcare experience
  • Revenue Cycle experience
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and reimbursement contracts

The pay range for this position is: $22.14 – $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
