To support operations in the areas of reporting training/education communications customer contact and performance improvement by recommending implementing and evaluating projects for all business units. Analyzes customs related issues and requirements.

Serves on project teams in support of operations and engineers tasked with process improvement. Assists in the development of process improvement recommendations by conducting thorough analysis and testing. Maintains project records collects project information and produces subsequent notes and reports. Designs and maintains internal reporting tools using ms access and excel. Uses research operational knowledge and reporting to provide root cause analysis and feedback to operations. Acts as a liaison between management and operations in coordinating and auditing projects. Works with internal and external customers as needed. Provides trending analysis and identifies variations/anomalies in the analysis. Responsible for the preparation of with formal management reports.

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business. One (1) year of experience in the field/industry. Knowledge of customs and other federal agency laws regulations and procedures governing the customs brokerage industry. Strong organizational human relations and communication skills. Customs broker’s license or ccs is preferred. Ftn brokerage and transportation systems experience preferred.
