Job Responsibilities : Technical Customer Support Representative – Level 1
Salary : $14 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support support tickets and requests in a timely and accurate way via phone email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Troubleshoot technical/non-technical issues using standard company processes and procedures
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their support issues are resolved or in progress
- Gather customer feedback and share with our team
Requirements:
- High school diploma general education degree or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers and troubleshoot Mac PC and Mobile Devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Provide your own computer to work remotely
