Job Responsibilities : Workforce Technology Analyst (PH)
Salary : $17 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Assist with research documentation and communication tasks in support of the Workforce Technology Portfolio management and TWDC HR Data Privacy Risk Assessment work streams
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis; assist with dashboard creation and distribution
- Assist with creation and processing of purchase orders invoices and related casual buyer transactions for Enterprise Workforce Technology
- Set up and maintain vendors in SAP and assist with contract management and storage
- Support leader with the Enterprise Workforce Technology Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
- Drive efficiency through process improvement including creation and maintenance of documentation templates and automation
- Partner closely with partners in FI Sourcing HR functional teams GIS and Enterprise Workforce Technology team members
- Coordinate and lead meetings with clients partners and vendors individually and in group settings
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive resourceful and flexible
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and change the course of action quickly
- Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; as well as technical writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced integrated team environment with frequently changing priorities
- Strong experience working on teams or other collaborative groups
- Familiarity with information security practices and policies
- Familiarity with SAP casual buyer transactions processes reporting governance and terminology
- Experience with Excel SmartSheet and Access
