Job Responsibilities : Live Sales Chat Representative
Salary : $18 an hour

- Respond to chats emails and SMS messages from potential members while finding and filling their needs by selling them USCCA products and services.
- Consistently meet/exceed KPI’s established for this position
- Respond to customer inquiries with knowledgeable well thought out answers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
- Provide excellent services by ensuring the needs of the customer are met they understand the powerful resources available to them as a member and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Maintain alignment with Core Values and Mission of the USCCA in all interactions
Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:
- Background in Sales/Customer Service preferred (experience in digital modes of communication a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to display patience empathy and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion.

- A passion for written communication and meeting customer needs
- Basic computer email and internet navigation skills
