What does a Work From Home bilingual Customer Representative really do?
You’re someone who can provide concierge style phone service to our customers in a helpful and respectful manner on every call. You’re great on the phone and you’re confident you can always find a way to connect with anyone you talk with. We’re looking for top-notch people with coachable attitudes so this isn’t for everyone.
This is a part-time role (25-30 hours per week) paying $13 per hour starting immediately. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Shifts available between8am EST and 11pm EST Monday through Sunday.
As a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Call Center Representative you will have:

- Great Phone Etiquette — manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Be a Problem Solver— identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
- Tech Savvy —document customer interaction according to company operating procedures.
- Coachable — open to following phone scripts when handling rejections.
