Customer Service Insurance Advisor – Richardson TX (IN OFFICE)

Please note that this is an IN-OFFICE position. To ensure our associates receive the training and support needed to excel and thrive associates hired for this position will be required to work at the GEICO building during their training and orientation period which is a minimum of 6 months. Upon successful completion of training and orientation associates will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Currently hiring Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Rotational Saturday

Salary: $20.50 per hour / $41307.50 annually

Salary with a 4-year degree: $21.99 per hour / $44309.85 annually

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers via online chat and phone: answering billing questions making policy changes and providing recommendations. Salary: $20.50 per hour / $41307.50 annually
Salary with a 4-year degree: $21.99 per hour / $44309.85 annually

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
  • An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
  • Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback to support your performance and development
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong Typing skills preferred
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
