What you’ll achieve

As a Business Operations Order Management lead you will manage daily order support required to ensure Time to Value across the Americas region.You will act the central hub supporting both the sales and fulfillment operations.You will track and manage APEX volume and associated metrics. You will assist launch teams as programs migrate from pilot to production.This role requires a deep understanding of order management systems from quote through customer activation at Dell. You will facilitate feedback into the launch teams to support any future business requirements.

You will:

  • Manage daily order backlog in the North America region.

  • Support capability launches with design and execution of order pilots.

  • Understand build connections and leverage other groups in the company in support of enterprise knowledge management

  • Possess and consistently apply expert knowledge in multiple functional areas

  • Ensure critical improvements in operations are implemented and monitored toincrease efficiency and repeatability

Essential Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge across multiple Dell functions tools and processes.

  • Industry relevant experience across one or multiple industries to identify industry best practices and incorporate them into the proposed program

  • Program relevant skill set preferred with extensible skills across technology org change management tax security and controls etc.

  • Experience working with multiple virtual teams across functions and geographies to solve critical customer issues quickly

  • Expert complex problem solving skills in a rapidly changing environment and not having the total picture

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field required MBA preferred.

  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience in business/ product planning and operations working on complex problems
