Our Client Support for Payment Solutions team is seeking a Technical Support Representative to support our financial institutions with bill pay education site navigation problem resolution and basic technical support. You will be providing customer service through inbound phone calls and online chats to support our financial institutions. This team provides a first-call resolution. This position can be worked remotely from the United States. This position will have a training schedule that will be 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST Monday-Friday and then after training will be assigned a shift between the hours of 9:00 am – 8:00 pm EST Monday-Friday.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide level one troubleshooting for financial institutions for iPay products. You will assess the customer’s issue by asking detailed questions and documenting the issue and then providing a resolution for the issue.
  • Answer general questions via phone and chat regarding iPay use. Research issues to increase knowledge and provide the highest level of support.
  • Participate in training to stay current on changes upgrades to the iPay products and to improve your product knowledge and service skills.
  • Provide complete details of issues documenting thoroughly when the issue needs to be escalated.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Must have at least 1 year of technical support experience within a corporate environment.
  • Previous call center experience.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience working in a financial institution.
