This position is responsible to support the Global Sales Organization by assisting in the development of strategic plans and business processes using Data science and Business Intelligence technologies focused towards the implementation of effective sales strategies forecasting and predictive analysis to meet company objectives. Employs data science tools and techniques (e.g. SAS SQL R and Python) to build a meaningful information from multiple data sources to support the sales management business needs. Acts as a subject matter expert in defining datasets from several data sources and collaborates closely with cross functional business and IT departments.

- Writes and interprets complex queries to solve Strategic planning activities reports and solve the business problems. Communicate results using business intelligence tools such as Tableau Power BI SPOTFIRE and Excel.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of sales compensation and performance models for the purpose of connecting and evaluating sales incentive programs with actual sales performance data. Develop custom sales compensation and performance data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Analyze large data sets and identify anomalies and relationships.
- Conducts root cause analysis and recommend solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ability to ETL data sources into a data repository as well as measure and analyze data quality & performance. Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R Python SQL etc.
- Explore data and build advanced analytical models then present and discuss the resulting models to any level of audience.
- Experienced in using multiple statistical/data science methodologies to solve complex business problems.
- Support data processes – provide the team with ad-hoc analysis automated dashboards and self-service reporting tools so that everyone gets a good sense of the state of the business
- Ensures that sales related work activities are performed in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences revenue generation ad targeting and other business outcomes.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business data science computer science engineering or related discipline. 2 years’ experience in the same industry and competitive marketing environment preferred. In the same industry and competitive marketing environment preferred. Hands-on good knowledge and experience with object-oriented languages: Python. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Prioritizes business problems/requirements and leads investigations into multiple data sources to solve complex business problems. Strong human relations communications skills verbal and written and analytical skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong leadership customer-service orientation and decision-making skills. Position requires the ability to work independently and as a team player.
