Job Responsibilities : Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of showroom facility ticket system and address issues with a sense of urgency.
- Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance and track to completion.
- Provide information and direction to vendors showroom staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers landlords vendors and showroom teams ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist in the process of identifying evaluating onboarding and managing vendors.
- Request review and submit work orders bids and proposals from vendors
- Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner.
Skills
- Ensure showroom spaces consistently reflect our high-quality luxury customer experience
- Oversee recurring showroom reviews ensuring timely completion by showrooms and adherence to guidelines. Work with showrooms to rectify issues.
- Communicate weekly facility ticket progress to broader internal team.
- Facilitate the roll out of showroom enhancements and updates including procurement shipment tracking and internal communication.
- Create and maintain showroom standards and best practice documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with merchandising team to ensure planogram is properly implemented and maintained.
