Job Description

The RPS Operations Issue Management team manages and brings resolution to customer and regulatory issues. This scope includes credit card account initiation servicing fraud and dispute management etc.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Research potential issues identified through customer contact points to determine appropriate course of action.
    • Partner with functional area subject matter experts to meet workstream deliverables.
    • Resolve issues in a timely manner balancing department goals with U.S. Bank Issue Management and regulatory boundaries.
    • Conducting root cause analysis and documentation of action plan for resolution of issues.
    • Identifying and analyzing potential risks within standard business processes for potential issues.
    • Performing policy reviews and gap assessments to help identify and analyze potential gaps and risks to the business.
Basic Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
– Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
