Job Description
Monitors account activity to identify fraudulent financial transactions and violations. Secures accounts to prevent losses.
Shift – Monday- Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Local Time with Overtime as required
Location – This is a remote opportunity
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- work experience in related field
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions to answer recurring questions and use as a guide in solving similar problems or situations
- Experience with loss mitigation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Technical or trade school certificate in business or computer science preferred
