Job Description Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Care and Sales Representative you will maintain exceptional customer service while providing support for customers’ inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You will engage with the customer to understand their technology and sell protection/tech support solutions. You will Serve Solve and Sell! Bilingual Customer Care and Sales Representatives have a passion for selling services and solving problems! We don’t just redefine – we reinvent.

$16 per hour is the guaranteed minimum (+$1/hour for Spanish Bilingual) Top performers bring in up to $28+ per hour.

Newly hired Customer Care and Sales Representatives must report to work in our office located at 10720 West Sam Houston Pkwy North Houston TX 77064

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative here’s what you can expect to do:
  • Evaluate and assist with customer concerns
  • Sell Asurion smart home and other products on every call
  • Explain device capabilities wireless carrier data product offerings and company policies
  • Meet goals and grow from feedback and coaching
  • When needed escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions for customers
  • Engaging and friendly communication skills (you’re a “people person”)
  • Working knowledge of (or ability to learn) multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows Android Blackberry OS Apple iOS wireless technology wireless equipment and applications)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Computer literacy (type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software)
  • Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels using headset 90% of the time
