Job Responsibilities : Senior Manager

  • Identify and develop processes and procedures for our colleagues around the BCA product using operational knowledge to inform recommendations
  • Develop BCA documentation including procedures, training materials, and communications
  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify potential impacts to processes and proactively work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal partners on solutions
  • Serve as liaison with third-party risk management team to review and document monitoring activities as required
  • Perform research and align with partners to provide resolution for reported customer issues
  • Assist in identifying execution challenges, and participate in continuous process improvements to enhance product features
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure adequate change management and adoption of product changes
  • Leverage relationships internal and external to the business unit to ensure success
  • Partner with junior and senior teammates on product support activities, while balancing multiple competing priorities.


  • Five or more years of experience in Bank Operations or Bank Customer Service, with experience in small business cashflow solutions and/or checking or deposit accounts
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong thought leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, with a desire to understand and relate to small business owner needs
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences across leadership levels
  • Prior experience with Vendor/Third Party Risk Management a plus.
