Job Responsibilities : IT Support Associate
Salary : $15 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide in-person phone and email support to end-users promptly and professionally
- Ensure all requests for services and incidents are logged/updated addressed/resolved and escalated as necessary
- Identify research and resolve technical problems
- Assist Independent Advisors with system password resets software updates and installation
- Point person to manage new agent onboarding
- Maintain software and logins inventory for Independent Advisors
- Create client profiles using Sabre profiles Sureware and Clientbase
- Testing new technology
- Liaison between US and UK Independent Advisors and other departments to sure processes and procedures are followed
- Work and assist on projects as necessary by management
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills verbal and communication skills and organizational skills
- Strong team player self-motivated driven and flexible
- Adaptable and flexible in stressful situations
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to document processes and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within other IT groups to resolve system and application issues
- Must have help desk experience in a technical environment; travel agency background preferred
- Proficient in supporting Windows PC operating systems and Office Suite applications.
- Knowledge of Sabre GDS A+
