THIS IS A BYOD ( BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE) POSITION. MUST HAVE AN I5 OR EQUIVALENT 8 GB RAM HARD WIRED INTERNET (NO WIFI) WINDOWS 10 ( IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 11 WE CAN HELP YOU DOWNGRADE). NO MACS OR CHROMEBOOKS
TRAINING IS M-F
- Minimum of 1 year customer Service Experience
- experience with Microsft programs
- Computer Navigational skills
- Reconciliations: Fixing beginning balance or helping complete for a month1
- Billing: Why am I paying or am I eligible for any discounts?
- Troubleshooting: My bank feed is not connecting to QBO? I am not able to print invoices. Why can I not run this report?
- Empathetic towards customers and their situations
- HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 9AM-9PM EASTERN MONDAY-FRIDAY
- TRAINING IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM-7PM EASTERN FOR 4 WEEKS
- TRAINING IS 100% MANDATORY ATTENDANCE ( YOU CAN NOT MISS ANY TIME)
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talks to customers over the phone email online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
- Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
- Upsells to customers as necessary

Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year Customer service experience
- Phone-related customer service a major plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Word and Excel applications
- Bilingual language skills a plus
- BYOD ( BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE) I5 OR EQUIVALENT COMPUTER WINDOWS BASED WINDOWS 10 8 GB RAM MINIMUM

- Constant usage of phone and computer systems
Constant sedentary work. You’ll typically be sitting for most of the time so be sure to get up and stretch once in a while. Your circulatory system will thank you.
