Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 9am-2pm schedule will vary when filling in for Route Settlement 3:30 to last driver

Job Description

The Administrator-Sales Center is responsible for performing routine clerical functions in a Sales Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures

What your day will look like:

  • Support cross-functional duties for other departments as assigned
  • Responsible for greeting visitors customers and front lobby visitors for the Sales Center
  • Responsible for maintaining and following Company guidelines for all coupons
  • Responsible for maintaining uniforms for employees throughout the Sales Center
  • Responsible for associate product sale
  • Administrating phone and receptionist tasks
  • Assisting Route Settlement with shipment processing
  • Assisting Print Shop
  • Assist with generating call in orders hotshots donation requests
  • Orders Point of Sale and performs all required tracking
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices prepares CONA check requests and research payments
  • Support cross function duties for other departments as assigned

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work with all functional team members
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Regularly sitting standing and walking
  • Frequent typing
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service initiative interpersonal oral communication planning and organization skills
